Something fresh is coming for the Heights!

There’s a buzz in the kitchen at The Heights Balgowlah — and for good reason. We’re about to launch a brand-new menu that brings together everything we love most: fresh, local ingredients, a few bold new flavours, and a lineup of dishes that capture the spirit of our community café.

A New Menu for a New Season

Our updated menu celebrates everything we’ve been working on behind the scenes — vibrant breakfast and lunch favourites with a few creative twists. From house-made condiments to seasonal specials, we’ve fine-tuned every plate to make the food you already love even better.

Introducing: The Heights Pantry

We’re especially excited to share our new Pantry range, now available both on the menu and to take home. Handmade in our kitchen, these jams, relishes, and sauces showcase the flavours of the Northern Beaches — think Lemon Myrtle Honey, Peach Vanilla & Rose Jam, and our crowd favourite Mango, Lime & Chilli Sauce. You’ll see these Pantry products featured throughout our menu, and you will also be able to grab a jar (or three) to take home in the coming weeks.

Dinner Is Coming — Fridays in November

Starting Friday nights in November, we’ll be opening for dinner service! Expect relaxed, south of the border flavour-driven dishes — perfect for winding down the week with friends, family, or a good Margarita or Lemon Myrtle sour! Think small plates, share plates, and a few surprises that will evolve with the season.
