Our chef the owner
Darryl has recently taken over The Heights Cafe and is re-visiting his early food career, after spending the last few decades having a successful IT career. Darryl has previously run a mexican restaurant in the Eastern Suburbs, a wholesale muffin business and a direct to consumer Jams and Relishes business. He brings a wealth of experience which can be seen shortly with the new menu items he is introducing, along with the Heights Pantry brand. Lookout for Blueberry Marmalades, Davidson Plum Jams and a host of other products perfect for Christmas gifts or just giving yourself a treat!
